Madelyn, Boy, have I been where you are! My 15 year old son was the same way as a baby. I think he lived on only 2 kinds of vegetables. As he got older, he branched out a little, but not much. Now, he eats almost anything and everything. My other son, who is almost 4, will eat just about anything I put in front of him. I don't think I raised them any differently; they just responded to food with completely different reactions. Don't make this a power struggle with your little girl. Every week or so, try introducing a food she dislikes again. She may have forgotten she didn't like it. Be patient, and eventually she will probably start eating a wider variety of foods.-Susie

She has two teeth and my pediatrician is saying that she should be ready for stage 3 foods. however every time I try to feed her these she chokes gags and sometimes cries. She also refuses to eat anything green and the only two veg. she will eat are sweet potatoes and squash. I don't want to raise a picky eater. Any Advise?
-- Contributed by: MadelynMelissa-No, you shouldn't increase his feedings unless he acts like he is hungry. As your baby grows, his feeding times will become more spread out. As far as increasing his formula goes, talk to your pediatrician. You don't say how old your baby is, and his age will have direct bearing on how much formula he needs. Good luck!-Susie

Thanks:)
