I have three kids and had a shower for each baby. I wasn't going to but everyone kept asking when the shower was. I got the most AWESOME gift for my last shower from a place called Twin Cities Diaper Cakes. If you're looking for a knockout gift, order it from there. There was a cake another friend tried to make, but the Twin Cities Diaper Cake blew her poor little cake out of the water. Seriously check it out.

Kirsten, I think it is perfectly acceptable, especially since you are having a girl, now. If you have kept a lot of the baby supplies from your first child, why not ask your friends to hold a gift-specific shower, such as clothes, diapers, etc?-Susie

I am the mother of a 2 1/2 year old boy and I am expecting my second child (a girl). Is it acceptable to have another baby shower without seeming greedy?? Any other suggestions??
