I had 3 children, nursed 2 of them, had breast implants and then had and nursed another child. I noticed absolutely no difference in the quantity of my milk or the ease of breastfeeding. I actually had fewer problems with breastfeeding after my breast augmentation but that could just be due to additional experience.

I had implants and augementation (nipple repositioned) I had not problem breast feding my two children and had surplus milk supply. One problem encountered was excessive swelling, this was relieved by taking a small dose of medication to stop milk..I continued to feed for months with little e ffect on breast shape.
